The training will cover the basics of the legislative process and the most effective ways and times to influence bills like the wealth tax on billionaires that we’ll be advocating for. 

Veteran lobbyist Nick Federici, who has been working in Olympia for over 25 years on behalf of kids, families, and justice, will lead the workshop. He’ll teach you skills like:

• how to testify in a hearing
• best ways to reach your state representatives in a virtual session,  and
• how to share your story to make the biggest impact.
