Act now to make mega-millionaires and billionaires pay what they owe!

Stand up to billionaires and extremist politicians!

Extremist politicians in Washington D.C. gave the wealthiest and big corporations trillions of dollars in tax cuts on the backs of our communities, but here in Washington state, we do things differently.  We must protect Washingtonians’ freedom to have good schools, quality healthcare, and a warm place to sleep.

We’ve made it super easy - all you have to do is follow our quick tips and add your name!

When we speak up, legislators listen. Tell lawmakers in Olympia why you want a Millionaires Tax!

We’re coming together to tell lawmakers: No more cuts, tax the super-rich! Our state is facing a budget shortfall, and our legislators are considering even more cuts that would harm WA families. We need new revenue sources instead.

Proposals for a Millionaires Tax would raise nearly $3.5 billion in annual revenue by taxing just mega-millionaires and billionaires a modest 9.9% on annual income over $1 million.

Fill out this form to email your lawmakers your reasons for supporting a Millionaires Tax! Personalized emails sharing real-life experiences and impacts make a huge difference. Write a few words about WHY you believe now is the time to tax the mega-wealthy.

Personalize your email!

Billionaires, and their friends in the White House and Congress, are forcing many of us to choose between groceries and health coverage, and putting more economic pressure on small businesses. Deep federal cuts have impacted health care, food assistance, and other basic needs.

Why? To fund trillions in tax cuts for those who need it least - the mega-rich and big corporations.

Now our state is facing a $2.3 billion budget shortfall caused by Trump’s tarrifs, billionaire tax breaks, and cuts to health care, education, food assistance, and more

Legislators must find new revenue sources, like a Millionaires Tax, to fund core programs that Washingtonians rely on and to make our tax code more equitable and sustainable.

A Millionaires Tax would:

  • Tax annual individual earnings over $1 million at 9.9%

  • Raise nearly $3.5 billion per year

  • Apply to only 20,000 of the wealthiest people in Washington

A Millionaires Tax can fund education, healthcare, and other basic needs while making our upside-down tax code more equitable.

Act Now: Tell your legislators in Olympia it’s time to tax the wealthy instead of taking resources away from those of us who need them! Fill out this form to get started.
