Letter: Millionaires tax will be beneficial

Washington passed the capital gains tax in 2021. The opposition predicted that affluent residents would flee the state. It didn’t happen. In 2021, there were approximately 463,000 millionaires in the state. Two years later, there were approximately 681,000. Furthermore, millionaires’ wealth increased more than $748 billion.
