By providing your phone number, enrolling in our text message program(s), or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of Invest in Washington Now, you agree and consent to these SMS Terms, as well as Invest in Washington Now’s Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and can be viewed at the links provided here. For purposes of these SMS Terms, “IWN,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us” shall mean Invest in Washington Now.

Types of Messages
IWN will send marketing SMS and MMS messages relating to advocacy, event invitations, and updates. We are an advocacy organization that provides information and organizes grassroots events and community action, and we use SMS to share important updates and actions & manage events and signups.

Message and Opt-Out Information
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages received from IWN. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Once subscribed, users may unsubscribe at any time by replying ‘STOP’ or contacting IWN.
